The system was completely rebuilt mechanically and electronically with new PLC and software in 2021.

2 x Civiemme ST420/100 HS (High Speed), 1 RIGHT-HAND + 1 LEFT-HAND with:

• Entry conveyor with liftable polycord, H. 1350mm; for packages up to 1000mm;
• Adjustable equalizer with automatic belt shifting;
• Tilting head with self-regulated descent on the tilting mechanism;
• Quick blade replacement with couplings;
• Quick fork replacement;
• Pressure release on the tilting mechanism at the beginning of the package;
• Copy ribbing at the output, adjustable in movement;
• Automatic package movement with a top-holding device during transfer between the stacking and strapping areas ("hands");
• Filispot with bundling,
• DENEX copy counter preparation;
• Allen Bradley PLC;
• 2nd and 5th upper belts movable;
• Include a system for double parallel strapping to be used with "Double Digest" format;
• Modem;
• Motors for format change adjustment.
